Your terms and conditions of use

If the products are damaged in transit please contact us first for authorisation. The item(s) will be replaced and if a replacement is not available, a full refund will be given. If the package is obviously damaged upon receipt - DO NOT SIGN for the package, REFUSE it as damaged.

 

Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order in writing. Email us with your cancellation details at info@butterflysalon.co.uk or call on 01260 218 222. If the goods have been despatched, you will need to pay for the return of the items, undamaged and unopened, to receive your refund. You will, however, receive a full refund of your product purchase price and our delivery charges.

 

For hygiene reasons and because of the nature of the products we are selling, we can only refund your money if the packaging is intact, the product has not been opened and is resalable. Simply contact us by email stating your order number and we can arrange for you to send your parcel back. We will refund your money (including postage) but we can not refund your return postage costs. Responsibility for a safe return delivery is essential. You must ensure your returned package and delivery method is secure and packaged correctly, as if the products are damaged in return postage we may not be able to refund your full purchase amount.
